Enjoying the Tuscan sun of Maremma, a pampering experience in the Terme di Saturnia and the fauna and flora of Monte Argentario congregate in one place around this holiday accommodation.

The 37º reviving waters of Terme di Saturnia are off the property as well as golf links to try some clubs. Located at 10 km from Scansano, and just 20 minutes driving from the wonderful Argentario sea. 

The property is made up of one Villa and one cottage, the units  are independents though they lie in the same garden and share a swimming pool (12x8m). It is furnished with deck chairs and sun umbrellas.

Interiors

These luxury Villas near the sea can host to 20 guests. The Villas have been decorated with Tuscan strokes, antique furniture and the warmth of Maremma ‘s colours.

The main building is a two storeyed one. On the first level there is a living area where guests will relish the warmth of a fireplace. This level has a kitchenette, a toilet and two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower.  In the upstairs there are two double bedded rooms which have their bathroom with shower.

There are two other rooms, a double bedded one and a suite, which are located in the annexes surrounded by the garden. They have bathroom and independent entrance.

In the second large building, guests will enjoy a very beautiful view of the valley. Its very spacious living room has a fireplace to around which to loll up in cold winter nights. This villa has a very spacious kitchen, which is equipped with all modern comforts, with a dining area. It has a total of three bedrooms of which two are double bedded and one is twin. There are three bathrooms with shower all together.

Among the services at these Villas  there is safe, television, free Wi-Fi internet connection and CD player, daily maid service and gardener and, if guests request them, laundry service and chef.
