Siena is only 60 kilometres away while Florence is about an hour and a half drive. Maremma Resort consists of 16 residences all of which have living rooms, kitchenettes, and full bathrooms. These are all furnished in the tasteful “stile nuovo” that is very popular in Tuscany, as it mixes the old Tuscan style with a new and modern one.

The Maremma Resort is composed of Palazzo Orcenni with 11 residences and Palazzo la Cipriana with 5 more luxurious residences. Palazzo Orcenni’s ground floor apartments come with loggias and cozy gardens, while those on the first floor have a spacious corridor balcony leading to the living room in addition to a loft with a view.

Palazzo la Cipriana’s accommodations are all unique and are built with large loggias, arches, or large terraces with small towers. All apartments come equipped with air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, telephones, and televisions. Entrance to each apartment is granted by electronic badge.
