Exterior

Villa Fattoria is located near Lucca with many interesting cultural and scenic sites nearby. The marvellous Chianti region and towns such as Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and Pisa are just a few of the many options.

Villa Fattoria is a magnificent example of a Tuscan country house. It dates back to the 16th century.

It is situated in the middle of wonderful parkland, on the side of a hill with woodland, fruit trees and olive groves.

The large grounds feature a salt-water swimming pool surrounded by lawns and sun loungers and umbrellas. The property also has two enchanting courtyards, paved with local stone and furnished with wrought-iron tables, chairs and umbrellas. Guests will certainly appreciate the breathtaking views here whilst enjoying al fresco meals or simply sinking into deep holiday relaxation.


Interior

Recently, Villa Fattoria has been completely restored with great attention to detail, ensuring to maintain its traditional Tuscan character.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people with 8 spacious and charming guestrooms each with an en suite bathroom, and provides the ideal holiday residence for a large family or group of friends.

As well as a comfortable living room with satellite television, the ground floor of the property boasts an attractive formal dining room, ideal for celebrating a special occasion, a fully-equipped kitchen, two guest bathrooms and a beautiful conservatory breakfast room.

The weekly rental includes: maid and laundry services, linen changed twice weekly, barbecue, a gardener and pool attendant, English-speaking caretaker, airport transfer from Pisa or Florence, and 24 hour help-line.

On request various other services are also available: Wi-Fi access, wine selection and wine tasting, Tuscan cooking lessons, dry cleaning, English speaking babysitter, massages and beauty treatments, tennis court, beach club access, special celebrations and parties, and anything else you can think of- nothing is too much to ask.
