Exterior

The island of Pantelleria is one of the most stunning islands, known for its unique coastline and rugged beauty. There are many ancient hot springs and tiny inlets, coves, diving spots and calm swimming areas.

The island has plenty of things to see and do, often only possible to reach by boat or dinghy however. Lago Specchio di Venere for example is famed for its rich mud used for skin treatments and there are many archaeological sites including the Sesi, enormous Neolithic funeral stone piles.

The island has welcomed visitors for decades but still remains relatively unknown to the masses leaving it unspoilt and its waters clear and pristine. 

Dammusi are the rural houses typical of the island, characterized by a domed roof to gather the rain and for temperature regulation, and their main construction consists of dark volcanic stones. Villa Perla is an example of this traditional building style.

Interior

This traditional villa is simple inside but has lots of character due to the lovely touches, the ancient tiles and wooden shutters for example. The villa can host up to 4 guests as it has two rooms with double beds, each spacious and with its own bathroom with shower.

The living space consists of a large open-plan area where there is the kitchen, equipped with all you could need for self-catering, dining table and sofa.
