Exterior:

This striking villa is only a half an hour drive from Siena, Florence and San Gimignano and just 5 minutes drive from Barberino Val d'Elsa village, in the heart of Chianti. The property stands on one of the Chianti hilltops, one of the best panoramic spots in the area with the beautiful sight of the valley, vineyards, and olive groves stretching out before it.

The gardens are a truly relaxing place for lazy holiday days with an infinity pool, outdoor jacuzzi, terrace with dining table, chairs and barbecue for memorable al fresco meals. Guests also have private parking at their disposal.

There are a multitude of activities to enjoy in the area. Numerous walking trails for trekking, nearby golf courses, and the incomparable historic towns all offer you new and exciting experiences. Cooking lessons can be taken at the villa on request, a fun way to learn and experience the culture of Tuscany.  

Interior:

The Villa has a modern, minimalist look with sleek furnishings and a neutral colour palette. Up to 16 guests can be accommodated in the villa's three buildings. 

The Tower has three floors. The main floor has two large living rooms and a double/twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The upper floor has two double rooms, one of them with a fireplace and both with ensuite bathrooms. There is also another living room, perfect for quiet reading, with an attractive fireplace. The Tower's second floor contains a double bedroom with a big bathroom including a shower, bathtub, and dressing room.  

The Annex is distributed over two floors. On the main floor there is a dining room, a kitchen equipped with all the latest facilities (2 ovens, microwave, induction 8 burner range, wine cellar, dishwasher), and a laundry room. The upper floor has two double rooms with ensuite bathrooms.

The guest house is a loft space with two double bedrooms, shower rooms, a living room and a small kitchen, ideal for part of the main group who want a little more independence or privacy.
