Tower Orione is a romantic room offering a stunning 360 º view over the wonderful greenery of Spoleto. It is reached by a staircase of wrought iron handrails. The first flight embellished with 19th century prints takes guests to the beautiful bathroom fitted with hydro massage and hydro sonic bath tub. If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
