This pretty villa is a spacious holiday home for up to six guests with a garden, terraces and magnificent views of the sea, Amalfi coast and across to the Galli islands.

It is just 1km from Sant´Agata sui Due Golfi, an average-sized town with a particularly privileged position and with various restaurants and typical shops. The Bus stop just 250m from the villa is very convenient to take you to any of the coastal towns including Sorrento just 10km away and Positano 15km away, as well as allowing you to easily reach archeological sites such as Pompei and Ercolano.

There is also private parking next to the house.

Most likely you´ll be spending plenty of time on the villa´s lovely south-facing terrace, such a quiet and beautiful spot with the blue of the sea and sky stretching before you, it is the perfect place for relaxing with a book, sunbathing or enjoying al fresco meals.

Interior

The style of the villa is simple but most pleasant, the fresh white creating a cool refuge from the never-ending sunshine.

There are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms with a shower and bath respectively.

A large open-plan room comprises the lounge and dining room, tastefully furnished with sofas surrounding a stone fireplace and fitted with satellite television and DVD player. This room leads onto another living space, a delightful summer room with huge windows bringing in plenty of light and again offering excellent views. French doors open to the terrace.

The kitchen has all the cooking equipment you could need as well as a washing machine and also offers a dining area.

The terrace on the first floor off the bedrooms must of course not be forgotten, another space for soaking up your sunshine and meaning guests needn´t disturb each other’s peace and quiet should they prefer complete privacy!
