Exterior

This magical villa is located near the charming town of Ostuni, an architectural jewel known for its white-washed houses and walls. You will also be within a short distance of Cisternino, the Kasbah of the Itria Valley, the Baroque town of Martina Franca with its particularly beautiful old architecture, and Ceglie Messapica, a town of art and gastronomic excellence.

There is a large shaded terrace with a dining table that seats up to 14 guests. There is also a lounge area with a cozy sofa and stylish garden furniture made out of stone and wood.

The villa’s barbecue area is perfect for delicious outdoor meals while the wood-fired oven is the perfect place to make a delicious, homemade pizza.

Interior

This charming villa is divided into two parts- the main house and a small annex. The main house has a large entrance hall with a warm fireplace and a dining table with seating for 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities needed to create delicious al fresco meals.

There are three bedrooms in the main house. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have double beds and private bathrooms.

The small annex has a double bedroom, a living room that can also function as a bedroom (with three beds), a large bathroom, and an outdoor area with a table for 6 people. All of the rooms can be accessed from the outside.
