This luxury holiday villa is situated in a 5-star resort in Umbria with an 18 hole golf course, other sports facilities including hunting and fishing and a restaurant and bar.
The untouched woods, valleys, lakes and streams form the beautiful backdrop to the villa.

The villa itself is very private and sits amidst immaculate landscaped gardens with fragrant lavender and rose bushes. Guests have their own swimming pool which is accompanied by sun loungers and umbrellas for lazy days. There are two outdoor furnished terraces, both with sweeping panoramic views, perfect for formal al fresco dining or a casual summer barbecue.

Interior

This luxury villa dates back to the 16th century but has been newly refurbished to provide top holiday accommodation for up to 8.

On restoration the villa has not lost any of its traditional charm, however, and wooden beams, an exposed stone-wall and open fireplaces are just a few of the original features still present, combined with the smart new furnishings and facilities.

The villa offers four bedrooms, two of which have king-size beds and two have twin-beds. Each have their own bathroom with either a shower or bathtub and views of the garden and beyond.

The ground level is open-plan divided into living areas with comfortable sofas, an elegant dining area and a fully fitted country-style kitchen. Guests can choose to self-cater or hire a chef to prepare their daily meals or a one-off special meal. Cooking classes are also available so you can take memories of your holiday home in the form of regional recipes.

The villa also has Wi-Fi internet connection and laundry facilities.
