This luxury villa is half an hour drive south from the city of Siena, in a lesser known but particularly captivating part of Tuscany called the Crete Senesi.

A century-old farmhouse next to an old chapel steeped in history, an exceptional setting amidst the famous Crete Senesi, a location near the most celebrated medieval towns, and last but not least, the gentle Tuscan climate are some of the main characteristics of this luxury villa.

There are different small, hidden terraces throughout the garden; the perfect place to relax and enjoy the splendid surrounding views and the fantastic swimming pool.

An American breakfast buffet, including several types of homemade bread and jam, is served daily in the inner court of the property. And the staff also organizes a guest table three times a week, for guests to meet in a very relaxed atmosphere.

There is also a cosy living room, with a welcoming fireplace, soft music and a library.

The beautiful countryside around or celebrated towns such as San Giovanni d'Asso, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Florence (1h15') or even Rome (2h) are another excuse to choose this wonderful and luxury villa near Siena.

Guests can go hiking, biking, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, or even enjoy wine tours or tennis matches, everything at a stone's throw distance.

Interiors

The estate was turned into this small luxury guesthouse, where guests can easily discover the charms of Tuscan life. All rooms have double beds, and we can offer twin beds as well if requested. Antique furnishings and the typical Tuscan style will make their guests feel like they are living a totally different experience.

The five suites are located in this two-storey villa, and they all enjoy wonderful views on the pool, the garden or the courtyard. Most of them have a comfortable living room, and they all have their own en-suite bathrooms equipped with bathtub and/or shower.
