The villa itself is just 1km from the centre of town, easily reachable by car, on foot via a path of steps, or by bus, the bus stop being conveniently a few metres from the property´s entrance gate.

Two beautiful outdoor terraces on different levels are equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs and a chic lounge space with sofas so you can relax in the sunshine or under the stars and admire the panoramic views over the sea and town.

Interior

Inside the villa is just as spectacular, decorated elegantly and equipped with all modern comforts. It is distributed over three levels linked by a lift and a flight of stairs.

You enter the villa on the top floor and will find a splendid living room with windows all around so you never lose sight of the sparkling sea.There are comfortable sofas and satellite television here too. Two of the bedrooms are on this level, both doubles with their own en suite bathrooms, one even with a panoramic terrace with an outdoor shower and sun loungers.

All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning/heating, telephone and LCD satellite television. The bathrooms are also particularly smart with their bold patterned tiles and modern utilities.

Down one level is a very spacious open plan room comprising a sleek kitchen with all the latest appliances and equipment (4 hobs, electric oven, stem oven, dishwasher, American style fridge, coffee machines, toaster and pizza oven), a second cozy living area and a huge dining area which opens on to a beautiful terrace of approximately 180sqm, ideal for entertaining. 3 further double bedrooms also have their own en suites.

Finally, the lower level holds the sixth double bedroom and bathroom. Furthermore, a real bonus feature of this already very special villa is the exclusive indoor relaxation and wellness area with a heated swimming pool with water fall, massage jets and counter-current system along with a lounge and LCD television, Turkish bath and shower.

If you are a group of more than 12 then there is also the option to make use of an additional property nearby and which can accommodate another 4 guests. The housekeeper is at your disposition to answer any questions or satisfy any request you might have during your stay.
