Exteriors 

Situated right in the historical centre of Spello, a marvellous medieval town in the heart of Umbria, the hotel stands on a privileged location. Climb up to the Rocca dei Capuccini, a superb viewpoint from where you can enjoy the most spectacular landscape in Umbria. Allow for some time to spend at the most important church in the town: Santa Maria Maggiore. The frescoes that decorate the “Capella Bella” are considered one of the masterpieces of Italian art.

The beautiful Umbrian countryside has its own way of stirring the senses. Why not enjoying the bar service in the garden area while planning the cultural itinerary. We highly recommend places of historical interest such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spoleto, Orvieto and Todi.

Interiors

Palazzo Umbro , which opened as a hotel in 1992 has been graced with exclusive rooms, both refined and simple. The architectural style combines elements of the past with modern niches and split levels, which invite our hosts to travel back in time.

23 rooms make up this elegant and comfortable hotel in Spello. There are 2 suites + 4 junior suites with whirlpool tub, 13 double bedrooms with shower, 2 double rooms with bath tubs, and 2 singles with shower.


All the rooms in the estate are equipped with hairdryer, telephone with direct line, mini-bar, satellite TV, safe and air conditioning.

Painting by Benvenuto Cripoldi decorate the walls of the rooms, while soundproof materials make for a relaxing stay, soaked by potions of Umbrian smells, which enchant the Palace.
