Two delightful apartments in this holiday home near Lake Trasimeno provide accommodation for 4 guests. Called Tartufo and Tabacco they are both divided into two levels. They are approximately 73 sq-m, therefore they are very comfortable and can accommodate disabled people. Both apartments boast furnished gardens with chairs and sun-loungers to enjoy your meals or just lounge around. each apartment has two double bedrooms. Rusticity still kept in their flooring and wooden beams gives them a feel of uniqueness, simplicity warmth. Their fully fitted kitchen is located on the ground level as well as the bathroom which is fitted with a shower.

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
