Tucked away in a hilly position this holiday home near Lake Trasimeno is a great chance for those looking for a tranquil corner of countryside. This land is blanketed in part with woods, unspoilt by mass tourism and the bustling life of towns. Accommodation is provided in 6 different  apartments. Silence is only interrupted by the sounds of birds.
From its high position the patchwork of greens and other colours of the Umbrian fields unfold before you.
This holiday home in Lake Trasimeno is between Umbria and Tuscany in a fertile valley where history has left its indelible mark in architecture and customs.
The apartments individually rented or the whole premises give a magnificent setting to celebrate in a bigger way.
An irregularly shaped swimming pool  with sun-loungers and sun-umbrellas captivate your senses with the views of the hillscape, the smells and sounds of nature. The pool  is only available from 6 to 12 from May to October.
Enjoy the views from the shade of the wooden gazebo furnished with chairs and tables.  Besides splashing in the pool, children have an area customized for the little ones.
Groups of table and chairs are scattered throughout the garden. Choose one,  light the barbecue and share a good meal in fresh summer days or under the canopy of stars.
As the property is on an asphalted road it is within spitting distance of the nearest village only 1 km away.
Guests will have at their disposal a parking space in the premises.

Interiors

This ravishing holiday home near Lake Trasimeno has been refurbished to house different apartments hosting 2, 4 or 6 guests. Two of them can be joined to make bigger space for accommodating larger groups.
Simplicity and warmth were the core elements that guided the selection of each one of the pieces of furniture, fabrics and colours in the apartments at this holiday home near Lake Trasimeno.
The apartments ranging from 45 to 100 sq-m have access from the garden and are one or two storeyed, which makes some of them suitable for the disabled. Each one is provided with fully fitted kitchen and have kept a rustic style with its terracotta flooring and wooden ceilings of thick beams. White and wood make a beautiful warm combination which contrasts with the strong colours which are displayed in the colourful flowered gardens.
There is a  spacious shared room which serves as breakfast room. Here you will find internet connection and a library area. Only upon request and by previous appointment a plentiful breakfast including local products to go on lolling up a little longer can be served up to 10 in the morning.
