Exterior

This grand villa is the perfect departing base to make the most of the wonderful island of Sicily and southern Italy.

Sitting amidst the characteristic Sicilian hilly landscape, the villa itself is neo-Gothic in style bearing an impressive triple lancet window, Guelph and Ghibelline merlons and balcony and terrace parapets.

The vast terrace is reached by means of stairs and has incredible views of the property´s 45000sqm parkland and beyond the Mediterranean sea and offshore islands.

The huge parkland makes this villa extra special. There is a large swimming pool (18x9M) with sun loungers and changing rooms alongside as well as an outdoor bar. The park is criss-crossed by sweeping paths through the woodland, vineyards and fruit groves providing plenty of lovely routes for gentle strolls. There are also various furnished areas appropriate for al fresco dining and a barbecue at guests´ disposition.

Car rental is recommended to be able to make the most of the area and private parking can be found on site.

Interior

This villa in Sicily is as grand inside as it is outside. Set over two-storeys its original structure has remained untouched with the high ceilings with fresco details, chandeliers, large windows and archways particularly notable.

It has four suites ranging from 100-120sqm each decorated individually with a different colour scheme, and another bedroom with en suite.

The reception spaces are lovely and have ample room for numerous guests. Two smart sitting rooms, one on the ground level and one upstairs with a balcony, a study, reading room and an additional lounge.

If requested another 8 guests can be accommodated in double sofa-beds

Behind the villa is another building of the same period which has been fitted out as an annex- It features two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, a sitting room, breakfast room, kitchen and a 300sqm dining room, the perfect place for meetings or events to be held on request.
