This grand villa has a wonderful panoramic position with unrivalled views from its high position over Ravello and the sparkling sea.

This position is also especially unique since it boasts these incredible views and complete privacy and peace whilst being only about 600m from the centre of the well-known Ravello and all it has to offer.

The property is easily accessed , an automatic gate on the main road opens onto a short drive leading to Villa Giadia. There are several outdoor parking places and a garage at guests´disposition.

Grounds of 10,000 sqm surround the property- There are various terraces on different levels, shaded and open to the sun. A short flight of steps down from the villa is the large pool, solarium and outdoor shower. All these terraces provide many options for al fresco dining, lively evening drinks and quiet moments just soaking up the atmosphere. Families will especially appreciate the terrace garden with its swings and roundabout!

Interior

The villa´s interiors are just as impressive, charmingly decorated in the typical style of the region with the traditional colours of yellow and blue and fresh white walls.

The ground floor opens onto a large living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and television as well as the open-plan dining area. Two sets of French doors bring in lots of light and lead onto the top terrace. The kitchen has all you could need for self-catering or you might prefer to hire a chef. Either way, yet another terrace is accessed from the kitchen, furnished for meals outdoors. The ground floor is completed by a service bathroom and a larder.

Upstairs the sleeping area can be found with three double bedrooms and one small bedroom with twin beds. The three double bedrooms have balconies onto another terrace. One large bathroom has both a shower and bathtub.

The villa´s top floor houses a pretty annex accessible from either the first floor or an independent external doorway. There is a double bedroom and en suite shower room here and it would be ideal for a couple travelling as part of the group but who would enjoy a little extra privacy.

Services included in the rates but not yet mentioned include 4 hours of housekeeping twice weekly, twice weekly towel change, wireless internet and air conditioning.
