This gorgeous island boutique hotel is ideal for experiencing the quieter side of Capri: Villa Belvedere has a large terrace furnished with sofas and sun beds, a perfect, peaceful spot in which to soak up the sun or read a good book. The hotel´s beautiful gardens also offer numerous attractive seating areas, fountains and shaded gazebos. A delicious continental breakfast is served daily. 

For guests staying at Villa Belvedere, transfers to and from the sister hotel nearby are free of charge. There you will find a much renowned restaurant serving traditional Capri cuisine at a special price for Villa Belvedere guests, and with magnificent views over the sea, Mount Vesuvius and the nearby island, Ischia.

As well as the restaurant open for dinner, the hotel has a bar offering refreshing drinks and day-time snacks. On one of the hotel´s terraces resides the huge panoramic swimming pool surrounded by green countryside and facing the Bay of Naples. A solarium with plenty of sun beds for guests is perfect for during the day but also a unique spot from which to watch the sunset. Use of the pool (sun bed included) is also free for Villa Belvedere guests.

No holiday on Capri is complete without having made a tour around the island of Capri by boat: the best way to explore the secret sea caves and coves dotting the island's coastline. A pleasant twenty minute walk (or short bus ride) from Villa Belvedere is Capri's legendary Grotta Azzurra: a magical sea cave, with water which glows an incredible shade of blue due to the light entering through an underwater cavity. The hotel is situated just a couple of minutes from the town centre of Anacapri with its little workshops, boutiques and traditional restaurants.

Interior

Rooms in Villa Belvedere Hotel look out onto the sea and the garden surrounding the guest house. You can choose from double bedrooms, junior suites large enough for up to four guests including one fitted with its own equipped kitchen, particularly suitable if you are travelling with children and would like to self-cater.

Restoration completed in 2010 has conserved all of the villa's original charm whilst allowing for the integration of modern amenities. All rooms have the following facilities: satellite television, mini bar, telephone, air conditioning, bathroom courtesy range and complimentary Wi-Fi connection.

Small pets are permitted in the rooms on the middle floor and one of the hotel´s rooms is appropriate for a disabled guest.
