Exterior

Perugina is a beautiful farm estate producing organic fruit and vegetables, olive oil and wine, consisting of various properties all spread out to provide them with complete privacy.
It can be found in a remarkably peaceful location in a valley in Umbria surrounded by rolling hills, a lovely view.

The apartments are just 500m from a little village with shops and buses to take you to nearby towns like the medieval Gubbio. Other interesting cultural sites are within easy reach-  Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno to name a few.

The property is surrounded by woodland, perfect for shady picnics, rambles, mountain biking, horse-riding and animal-spotting as it is filled with wild boar, dear and foxes. The educational farm provides something for all ages- kids will enjoy seeing the animals and the honey-making process and adults can learn about sustainable agricultural practices.

Of course, a holiday villa wouldn´t be complete without a swimming pool. Perugina´s chlorine-free pool is large and surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas,  immaculate lawns and various seating and dining areas.

Interior

The apartments vary in size, accommodating between four and seven guests respectively.

Skilful restoration has ensured to maintain their original structure and charming traditional features including the wooden beams, fireplaces and stone outer walls. All the same, modern comforts have not been sacrificed and each apartment is equipped with satellite television, Wi-Fi internet and a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven/stove, dishwasher and washing machine.

Each property has its own private garden too which is fitted with tables, chairs and a barbecue for casual summer meals in the open air.

Car rental and private shuttle service to and from the airport are services offered. Pets are also welcome.

A family or small group will be sure to enjoy one of these apartments but larger groups travelling together might like to rent various or the entire estate for complete exclusivity.
