B&B Via Lattea is an elegant mountain hotel, authentic chalet-style with a fun modern twist. It offers guests the chance to experience a special bond with the surrounding environment thanks to its privileged position within the town of Sestriere, right in the heart of the largest district in the European Alps- ´La Via Lattea,´ or, ´The Milky Way.´ 

With a vast 460km of slopes, it is a renowned destination for ski-lovers of every type- downhill, cross-country, heli-skiing, snowboarding. But, more than just for skiers the mountains offer health, wellbeing and fun for everyone with their fresh, crisp air and a wide range of activities. The summer too is an excellent time of year to visit. Excellent mountain and forest trails for trekking, mountain-biking and horse-riding, water sports, golf, tennis, even summer-skiing.

The hotel itself has a magnificent 31C heated outdoor pool, simply magical for a swim in the moonlight surrounded by the snow and dramatic mountains. Furthermore, outdoor terraces encourage guests to further relax and enjoy the outdoors with a warming drink or a good book accompanied by the splendid views. 

 

Interior

The hotel décor is refined and stylish combining dark wood with contemporary glass and stainless steel striking structures. The rooms and suites are divided into four categories and draw inspiration from the constellations of the Milky Way. All have a common Alpine style but each has a unique design with a personal appeal. Warm colours and antique furnishings combine with comfort and state-of-the-art technologies (LCD satellite television, Internet, Electric temperature control, in many hydro-massage showers and saunas.).

Guests are offered a hearty breakfast buffet including local products, which will leave you energized for the active day ahead.
