Exterior

This deluxe 9 bedroom villa right on the Amalfi Coast has unbroken views of the sea and is set within a perfectly tended garden featuring wonderful terraces, a superb swimming pool area with solarium, an open air jacuzzi, sauna, gym and private access to the beach.

Various activities can be organized for guests- mini-cruise along the coast, gastronomic or cultural events, and even the rental of cars, motorbikes and private boats. On request the villa may also arrange transport to/from the airport or train station either via luxury minibus or chauffeur-driven car.

Weddings held in this unique and romantic villa on the Amalfi Coast are particularly special.

Left-luggage facilities and private car park are at guests’ disposal and small pets are allowed.


Interior

The main building of this deluxe villa is the tower, divided into 3 different levels.

The entrance opens onto a spacious living room with an attractive fireplace and a dining table from which guests can enjoy the view of the sea, and the stairs lead down to a lower level with one double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a shower room. This lower ground floor also features a kitchenette and access to the terrace, a furnished area ideal for outdoor dining.

Another flight of stairs leads to the first floor, which has two double bedrooms that share a bathroom equipped with a shower. Both bedrooms feature a queen-size bed. On this level is a panoramic terrace with even better views of the sea due to its elevated position. External stairs lead to the two remaining double bedrooms. The first has a queen-size bed and a loft with a single bed, and the other a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms share a shower room.

Every room in this Italian villa on the Amalfi Coast near the sea is air-conditioned, with its own direct telephone line. They all also have satellite TV and Internet connection.

From the tower there is also a private path down to the sea with a small furnished patio at the edge of the water.

There is a cottage next to the main tower, which accommodates up to 9 people. This has independent access and is located next to the swimming pool.The top level of the cottage houses the swimming pool area, showers and the large, panoramic solarium. The middle level has a terrace and a dining area, and one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower. The lower level features a living room with fireplace, a large kitchen including an electric oven, a barbeque and another dining area with a large table for up to 20 guests, and three double bedrooms – all with en-suite bathrooms with shower. There is also a guest WC.
