Arezzo is a lively town, rich in history and culture, perhaps best known for being the setting of the famous film “La vita è bella” ( Life is Beautiful). The villa is also well positioned for exploring the wider Tuscany area, within easy reach of all the main attractions.

Villa Aretina has its own beautiful grounds including a swimming pool with views of the surrounding countryside and sun loungers and umbrellas for guests´ use alongside. 2 elegant gazebos are ideal for a break from the glowing sun and are furnished with lounge/dining furniture. One also has a traditional bread oven, just another of the delightful original features.
 
A particularly lovely aspect of this villa is the climbing roses up its stone walls, which add a pretty splash of colour and give off a sweet fragrance.

Interior

This two storey Tuscan villa features a kitchen, dining room and living room, and a double bedroom with its own bathroom equipped with a shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms which share a bathroom and which both enjoy stunning views and have private access to the garden and pool.
