Charming Villa right on the Adriatic Coast, Puglia

Exterior

Villa Mimosa is a lovely villa in a perfect location right on the Adriatic coast in Puglia, just 250m from the beach itself, more specifically in Pantanagianni. This area is still relatively unknown to tourists leaving it quiet and completely unspoiled. The beaches here are among the most beautiful in the area, providing a tranquil setting for a relaxing holiday away from hectic everyday life.

There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance including a typical beach bar with barbecue and a children´s play area. For more choice there are two other towns less than 2 miles away.

The villa itself has its own outdoor spaces for when you want to relax in complete privacy. There is a patio to the rear of the house with a barbecue and furniture for al fresco dining. To the front of the house is another terrace, a real sun-trap and ideal for lazy holiday days soaking it up.  Finally, the shaded first-floor balcony makes another pleasant sitting area and is a particularly lovely place for watching the sunset over a drink.

Interior

The house itself is charming with a simple, modern style and everything you could need for your holiday and more. As the villa has a complete set of rooms on both the ground and first floors it would be especially ideal for two groups or families travelling together but who would still like some independence. Each floor has an open-plan living-dining room-kitchen so you have all the convenience of self-catering at your disposition should you like to do so. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on each level as well as sofa beds for an additional 2 guests.

Guests have all the facilities to complete a quality property including a security alarm, air conditioning/heating, washing machine and flat screen televisions.

On request your friendly hosts can offer you a delicious welcome dinner with local wine and bread and a home cooked Italian main dish. A continental breakfast is also available.

Car rental can also easily be organized directly with the property owners. After a free taxi transfer from the airport to the house you will find your car waiting for you. In this way, you avoid the hassle of queues and don´t have to worry about driving from the airport, especially at night.
