All of it was respected when instead of erasing everything a hanging garden was created there in 1710. The property has been named Historical Residence because of its wealth of historic and architectural features.

This B&B in Umbria still preserves the 18th century frescoed ceilings and refined rooms perfectly kept with all the decor they used to have in former times dating back to the 1700s.
The property’s restaurant is located where a basement of a 1st century AC Roman theatre was.
The Umbrian recipes are prepared with modern techniques and many generations and mamma’s knowledge. The restaurant as well as the cooking lessons follow the philosophy that food needs to bring pleasure and health. Therefore, dishes are created with seasonal fresh and healthy ingredients which also let guests at this B&B get swamp by Umbrian culture.
The two different halls to hold meetings can sit 40 and 50 people.
