Beautiful very private villa near Amalfi

Exterior

A most beautiful stretch of coast between Amalfi and the charming village of Conca dei Marini with open sea views and lush Mediterranean greenery is home to Villa Ilaria.

It is situated more precisely in a small village featuring some of the most picturesque bays in the area and just 3km from the centre of Amalfi town. If you´d like to explore other coastal resorts such as Ravello, Positano and Praiano then the SITA pubic buses are efficient and there is a stop just up the stairs from the villa leading to the main road. There is even a well-regarded restaurant a short walk from the villa which will come in useful for those nights when you neither want to cook nor venture into town for dinner.

Despite it´s convenient location near to all amenities, Villa Ilaria is in fact very private and quiet. Like most coastal properties it is distributed over various levels. The terraces and gardens actually consist of about 700sqm. These include manicured lawns looking directly over the sea, a second terrace with a beautiful swimming pool, and a top terrace with plenty of sun loungers, a BBQ and dining furniture so you can make the most of your holiday and spend as much time as possible outdoors.

Interior

The elegant villa is tastefully decorated and harmoniously blends antique pieces and the traditional features of vaulted ceilings, beams and bright patterned tiles with more modern furnishings and facilities.

Crossing the garden a short flight of steps leads to a charming independent 2-bedroom annex. There is a pleasant furnished hallway leading onto a living-dining room a pantry, the two double bedrooms each with en suites and one of which has a charming balcony.

The main villa is reached by an external staircase. There is plenty of living space including an office, lounge with a double sofa bed and balcony, smart hallway and a large fully-equipped eat in kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, hobs etc. there are also three double bedrooms and a bathroom with a sauna.

The top level, along with the solarium terrace, accommodates an external shower room and utility room. Descending a few steps is the final double bedroom which is accompanied by a bathroom, its own living room with a single sofa bed, dining table and kitchen pantry with fridge.

All the rooms are distributed so as to maintain individual guests´ privacy and equipped with satellite television, mosquito nets, air conditioning, inter-room telephone and internet access.

This villa is so perfect you´ll find it difficult to leave, perfectly happy spending relaxing days by the pool and enjoying casual meals outdoors admiring the breathtaking views.
