This villa is situated in the middle of a nature park and reserve, ideal both for challenging hikes or gentle rambles. The views are simply breathtaking with gentle rolling hills stretching into the distance, and make this villa even more special.

The estate has its own woods and golf course just 3 minutes from the villa and in the gardens there is a heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi, also with open views on all sides.

There is also a terrace with both lounge seating and a dining table and chairs, ideal for a pre-dinner drink at sunset followed by a delicious meal al fresco. Barbecue equipment is also at guests´ disposition.

Interior

This attractive holiday villa in Umbria is spacious at 200sqm and has three bedrooms, uniquely designed and decorated and each with views over the valley and an en suite bathroom. The first two bedrooms have king-size beds and are light and bright combining characteristic traditional wooden beams with a fresh, modern look. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and would be especially ideal for a group of children.

Downstairs, the lovely cool stone-walled living room can be found, comfortable with sofas and armchairs and a smart fireplace. Adjacent is the inviting dining room whose French doors open onto the terrace and garden.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with all amenities so you can self-cater or if you would prefer, hire a chef to prepare daily meals or cook for a special occasion. At-home cooking lessons can also be organized so guests can take home memories of their stay in the form of delicious Umbrian recipes!
