This villa is located 8 km from Marina di Ragusa and 9 km from Ragusa, a place famous for its Baroque buildings and for Ragusa Ibla, its old historical centre.

The sea-side resorts in the area, such as Marina di Ragusa, Punta Secca, Donnalucata, Sampieri, Pozzallo offer shops, some of the most famous discotheques in Eastern Sicily, restaurants and, of course, some beautiful beaches.

There is also space for culture. Guests can visit Kamarina, with its interesting museum; the castle of Donnafugata; the baroque city of Noto; Piazza Armerina with its Roman "Villa del Casale." The great Syracuse is only 80 Km away, with its Greek theatre where each year in summer, classical representations are held. Agrigento (150km) with its splendid Greek temples, and Taormina (250 km) famous around the world for its beauty, are other two places that are worth a visit.


Interiors

The apartment on the ground floor has three double rooms that include one double bed and two single beds, four bathrooms with shower, kitchen, a 120 sq-m dining room and a backcourt with garden. This flat has an independent heating system.

The second apartment sits on the first floor and has about 170 sq-m. It features a living room with a fireplace facing the furnished terrace with a view of the sea on the horizon, a dining room, a kitchen, a twin bedroom and two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms equipped with shower.

Satellite TV and washing machine are at guests’ disposal.
