The wine production is run by experts and cared by passionate hands. Each step in its production brings a delicious wine which has been kept in oak barrels until ready for the table. This wine which can accompany different kinds of meat such as venison and wild boar is the result of this care and passion. The native olive trees and the cool hill slopes where they are grown produce an excellent product which maintains its natural properties thanks, in part, to the traditional methods to produce it. Its certified quality attests to its elements as well as purity, smell and taste. Guests will savour both in the guided tours set up in the vineyards, the olive groves, adnthe old stone mill.
Outdoor activities are guaranteed for guests can ride mountain bikes and adults and children can compete with each other in a table tennis match. Besides the 14 x 6 swimming pool there is a round customized little pool for children up to 4. The little ones will also enjoy the playground especially tailor-made for them. Horses, donkeys, a pony and two sheep will be their fun for children can feed them. A footpath sweeping along the garden and across the hill will be a reviving early walking experience. There is a large barbecue to prepare the most delicious roast meat and share.
Interiors
After a thorough restoration nine apartments with one or two bedrooms, sitting area, cooking area and bathroom fitted with shower have been created. The furnishings, the terracotta flooring and the wooden beams add to create a typical ambience. Each apartment affords its own garden, independent entrance, central heating and satellite TV.
