The ancient walls create a magical atmosphere of bygone times off and around  Noto. Yet, guests return to present with all modern comforts in the accommodations. The 12 rooms hosting 2 or 3 guests afford elegant furniture and design decor. The rooms mingle modern style and pieces of furniture typical of the island.

There is a breakfast area and tea room. The estate includes a restaurant whose menu does not only list Sicilian dishes. However, the common denominators are seasonal tasty products, attractive colours, the best flavour and great passion.

The walls made of bricks of over 3 centuries old have been restored and the ancient natural amber of the rooms unearthed. There is one bathroom in each double bedroom which is designed with modern fittings and features a shower or a bathtub, such as in the Deluxe room.
