Its  building feature is the local stone preserved over the centuries, witnessing a history of 350 years of natural cycles, labour,  lives and emotions. The L-shaped building divided into two blocks dates  back to two different  periods. The two agricultural annexes have been rebuilt with part of the mother stone that proved strong. The original splendour was returned  by local artisans, incorporating the concepts of eco architecture.

It is an agricultural forestry, eco friendly, certified  business, developing agritourism in  a 43-hectare property of nature wisely and creatively modified. Wrapping the farmhouse there is a historical olive grove of 350-year-old plants and younger plants, ancient  pines and chestnuts and cedar and red strawberry forests.

The farmhouse produces and sells a variety of “Incanto” products such as extra virgin olive oil, creamy  Millefiori honey, organic products and additive-free fruit preserves of traditional and innovative tastes  made with traditional methods and enriched by flower scents.

There is a large pool lit at night in the premises and a nearby olympic pool  or Lake Trasimeno  for a big challenge and a horse riding center (3 km). The scenery is a walker’s  paradise with  strolling  trails around the lake, the valley and across the forests. Cycling or riding a motorbike on the ridge and hills of Lake Trasimeno can be unforgettable  for the difficulty of the trails and the free fall track  in the forest. There is a helicopter tour and a pleasurable hot ballon ride leaving at dawn with an in-flight breakfast. The lake is the natural home for  windsurfing, fishing and canoeing. The villa sits at the crossroads of three golf links and  3 km away from the five-a-side football field and the tennis courts.

Guest can feast on the typical cuisine in the external restaurant or in the candle lit internal restaurant. The patio, refreshed by the summer breeze, is idyllic to  enjoy the frequent weekend musical events. The barbecue and the old oven are the crown jewel to savour meals outdoors.

The wellness center is equipped with sauna, Turkish  bath and Jacuzzi. There are tailor-made activities covering spirit and body’s needs and special programs ranging from one to three days with different kinds of  massages, aesthetic and body treatments providing guests with relief and comfort. At an extra charge an expert on yoga, tai chi and chi-gong is available on request.

There is a stone annex for 50 people to hold courses and business meetings,  fitted with large bathroom, central heating, internet and video connection, screen and white board. The wooden floor creates a warm atmosphere making it perfect for sessions of yoga, shiatsu, dance, meditation and pleasurable reading.
